David Young
Superintendent

David is responsible for the daily on-site supervision of construction activities including scheduling of subcontractors, coordination with the building owners' staff, client vendors and jurisdictional inspectors.  His most important role will be to oversee jobsite safety, quality control and adherence to the construction documents, while upholding necessary sequencing and phasing to maintain the project schedule. He will review and coordinate submittals with the subcontractors and facilitate jobsite communications with on-site personnel to promote and ensure the completion of a high-quality project delivered on time.

Experience

David brings over 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, specializing in high-end interior commercial renovations to the R.W. Murray Co. team.  In his role as Superintendent, David has utilized his strong analytic and engineering skills to successfully complete the interior office renovations on several high-profile buildings in the D.C. Metro area.  His extensive field experience and focused implementation of internal and field-related processes and procedures has resulted in an impressive track record of successful projects.
