Description
Selected through a competitive bid process, we constructed this much-anticipated lifestyle retail center in the fast-growing Gainesville area of Western Prince William County, Virginia. The center, which spans over 60,000 SF, includes intricate masonry patterns and details, custom-designed canopies, multi-colored EIFS, and exposed steel canopies. Throughout the center, custom patterned sidewalks, an outdoor speaker system and seating areas as well as extensive landscape plantings combine to make this a welcoming retail center. Scheduling had to be closely managed to ensure that base building schedules were met to allow for finish-out work to commence as planned. Extensive exterior lighting and center signage were also included in the scope of work for this project.
