Project Manager
Eli is responsible for estimating, preparing bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control. invoicing, quality control, punch list, close-out preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.
Experience
Eli has been an integral part of the R.W. Murray Co. team for more than 3 years, starting as a construction intern contributing to base buildings and tenant renovations. As Project Manager, Eli has worked on a diverse range of projects including tilt-up distribution centers, tenant fitouts and interior renovations. Eli's collaborative management style and strong team-oriented approach make him a valuable asset to every project he undertakes.
