Prominently located just off Interstate 66 on Route 28 at the entrance to the Westfield’s Conference Center, this 21,600 SF Retail Center features several restaurants to suit any appetite.  We completed an extensive value engineering analysis prior to break ground on the shell buildings to ensure the client recognized efficiencies on this challenging site.  There were many intricate design elevations and specialty finishes that required extensive coordination.  Construction on the adjoining parcels, as well as roadway construction along Route 28, posed many challenges for staging as well as utility coordination and connections.
