Selected through a competitive bid process, we constructed this much-anticipated lifestyle retail center in the fast-growing Gainesville area of Western Prince William County, Virginia. The center, which spans over 60,000 SF, includes intricate masonry patterns and details, custom-designed canopies, multi-colored EIFS, and exposed steel canopies.  Throughout the center, customer patterned sidewalks, an outdoor speaker system and seating areas as well as extensive landscape plantings combine to make this welcoming retail center.  Scheduling had to be closely managed to ensure that base building schedules were met to allow for finish-out work to commence as planned.  Extensive exterior lighting and center signage were also included in the scope of work for this project.
