Murray Co. was selected through a negotiated process by The Peterson Companies to complete construction of their newest Self Storage venture, Virginia Gateway Self Storage.  Located in Gainesville, VA, directly adjacent to the busy north-south U.S. Routh 29, and standing tall at six stories, Virginia Gateway Self Storage is exposed to thousands of D.C. Metropolitan residents each day.  Like many of our other self storage builds, it is currently managed by CubeSmart Self Storage.
