The developer of Ryan Park, a long-time client of R.W. Murray Co., selected us to complete this Class A professional business park in Ashburn Virginia, because of previous successful project completions.  These 61,000 SF twin buildings are two-story masonry with elegant storefront curtain wall windows.  Both buildings have identical lobbies which include high-end finishes such as porcelain tile flooring, wood paneling throughout, polomyx paint on the ceilings, and classically styled bulkheads that accentuate the specialty lighting.  The sitework development presented several obstacles with rock, unsuitable soils, and wetlands.  These challenges offered the entire team an opportunity to work together to carefully plan and coordinate the sitework solutions to ensure that the accelerated schedule could still be met.
