Raytheon has long been a top provider of state-of-the-art laboratory facilities for all of their Client locations. This tenant improvement project included constructing both dirty and clean labs, each equipped with specialized utilities for research, development, and analysis of electrical systems.

Warehouse Space

In addition to meeting standard storage and logistics requirements, the warehouse features a hoist capable of supporting a 30,000-pound structure, which is integral to multiple operations processes within the facility.

Conference Rooms

The facility offers multiple levels of secure conference rooms, each tailored to specific security requirements. Some rooms are equipped with specialized acoustic panels, a 360-degree screen wall wrap with an 80-inch TV, and advanced access controls. For seamless global collaboration, select rooms include secure video conferencing capabilities, allowing external participants to join via an encrypted connection.

SCIF Space

The Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) is engineered to protect classified information with uncompromising precision. Outfitted with advanced soundproofing, state-of-the-art security systems, and strict access controls, the space ensures a secure environment where sensitive operations can be conducted with absolute confidence.

SCIF spaces can often be standard and uninspired, but the Raytheon team wanted a space that provided a unique environment for their employees and clients. An example of this is the inclusion of expansive and dramatic wall murals showcasing key company initiatives from around the world in highly trafficked areas of the building. Additional touches, such as dramatic finishes and lighting, convey a sense of intrigue and pride in the company and its work.
