Port Royal Pride, LLC selected the R.W. Murray Co. team to complete construction on their new 62,492 SF tilt-up flex warehouse facility located in Springfield, Virginia, directly backing the busy I-495 beltway.  The structure boasts a unique architectural feature: panel liners covering the face of the building, which give the overall design a modern aesthetic.  Sunshades and steel entrance canopies add to the contemporary design.  The lush landscaping surrounding the building complete the look.  The project was completed to the satisfaction of our client and was followed up with the construction of Port Royal Building 2, a build-to-suit- facility which is now the corporate headquarters to GEICO’s specialty insurance branch, Boat US.
