The scope of work for this multi-building retail and Class A project in Fairfax, VA included the ground-up development of two stone and brick buildings – one single story retail building and one two-story retail building with Class A office on the second floor.  This building features an upgraded lobby with stone floors and custom wood panels with clerestory glazing.  Both buildings feature a stone veneer which emulates the historic look of the existing surrounding buildings.  Brick pavers and extensive landscaping add curb appeal to this exciting new development which is anchored by Harris Teeter and features restaurants and various retail stores.  In addition to the base building, we also completed several tenant build-outs including:  Bubbles Salon, Village Square Cleaners, Massage Envy and Piccomolo.  The project was completed on time in 14 months.
