R.W. Murray Co. proudly served as the Design/Build contractor for the latest expansion of NOVA Live, Northern Virginia’s premier craft beverage and entertainment campus. This phase included two new buildings, welcoming the relocated MurLarkey Distilled Spirits, the newly opened Proof Kitchen + Bar, and Everyone Eats Catering.

The project featured unique materials like Corten Steel paneling, a fully integrated commercial kitchen, and fast-track scheduling to meet critical opening dates, all while maintaining year-round campus operations. A multi-phase site logistics plan ensured minimal disruption to ongoing events and visitor access.

Sustainability efforts included the use of recycled structural steel and a custom spent mash auger system, supporting a full farm-to-table-to-farm cycle. This expansion reflects R.W.
