R.W. Murray Co. was selected by NCS Technologies as an integral part of the project team to complete an expansive 108K SF new facility in Manassas, Virginia.

This challenging design-build included a 40K foot warehouse, an additional 40K feet of engineering space, and nearly 30K feet of high-end finished office space accommodating multiple bathrooms, pantries, and work areas.

Over the course of the project, the team worked hand-in-hand with the Client to accommodate frequent design change requests and adjustments to the initial plans, while at the same time, coordinating with multiple international vendors to coordination of multiple delivery sites, including a dry building, and parking lot to accommodate the housing of sensitive equipment and machinery.

The final installation and connection of the sophisticated machinery was also a demanding component of the multi-faceted project.
