The Town of Warrenton, a growing retail market, recently presented a rare vacancy opportunity. R.W. Murray Co. was engaged by Stone Real Estate to join the team in bringing a new Michaels store to this prime location.

The strategically positioned 15,000 SF space underwent significant upgrades, including a striking 30-foot-tall façade, a new roof, a resurfaced and polished concrete slab, a modern HVAC system, and interior finishes painted in Michaels’ signature red accents.

The team successfully completed the project in under 16 weeks, with the store opening in Summer 2024.
