J Street Companies awarded R.W. Murray Co. the construction of MedStar Health’s medical office and facilities in McLean, VA.  The 6,700 SF tenant build-out began with demolition of the existing space.  The new facility includes offices, exam rooms and state-of-the-art equipment for radiology, neurology, sports medicine and rehabilitation, and will serve northern Virginia’s growing communities.  The project duration was 14 weeks.
