This 98,000 SF build-to-suit project features Mediatech’s new corporate headquarters, lab and manufacturing operation for products related to tissue and cell culture applications.  To achieve successful delivery of the project within the rigid schedule deadline, the tilt-up concrete shell construction began months before the completion of the interior design.  This approach presented a major challenge, integrating extensive and complex structural and MEP systems into the building that was already under construction.

With creative thinking and efficient management efforts, our team worked closely with the design consultants to overcome the challenge and successfully achieve the client’s delivery schedule.
