R. W. Murray Co. was selected to build this retail building located in the new Virginia Gateway Center in Gainesville.  This 19,995 SF project included multi-color and style masonry and EIFS, as well as a custom steel canopy for the base buildings.  The interior included specialty lighting, along with the custom paint and wallcoverings.  Throughout the store, bulkheads with lit signage were used to identify product areas and to highlight product features.  High-end exterior parking and building lighting was also incorporated to ensure a consistent feel for the shopper’s experience.  Constructing this project in a busy existing retail center and completing it within an extremely aggressive time frame were just a few of the challenges on the project.
