Due to our past success with Industrial shell buildings/large tenants and our relationship with the client and architect, R.W. Murray Co. was selected by the developer to complete construction of their industrial venture, Hargrove Industrial Park.

Located in Lanham, Maryland, the park holds three flex industrial buildings encompassing 400,000 SF. Each building is designed with a 32 ft clear height and an ESPR sprinkler system. Hargrove presented several challenging aspects for the team, including the considerable difference in site elevation forcing the use of large, segmented retaining walls.

The project was successfully completed in 2021 and R.W. Murray Co. has continued to work with tenants located within the park.
