R.W. Murray Co. completed this 95,000 SF, five-building, secured self storage complex in Aldie, VA for client Guaranty Self Storage.  The complex consists of four storage unit buildings, one, a two-story building, the other three are single-story buildings, all metal frame with metal roofs.  The fifth building is a stand-alone single-story office building housing the company’s operations team.  This building has office and customer service space, a kitchen, restrooms, and a uniquely designed storage space mock-up unit with a movable wall used to teach new customers about storage space sizes, options and how to use their new unit.

As an added touch, the owners added a sound system to the hallways of the storage units along with air-conditioning and a complete security system.
