Metro Logistics reimagines an 11.5-acre industrial outdoor storage site into a state-of-the-art, Class A last-mile logistics facility. The 140,000 SF tilt-up concrete building features 32’ clear heights, a 120’ truck court, flexible parking, and both interior and exterior loading designed for safe, efficient circulation. A speculative office suite was added to enhance tenant flexibility, and ready to lease.
Beyond functionality, the project sets new standards for sustainability and community impact. Designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification, the facility incorporates solar-ready infrastructure, EV charging capability, green lease provisions, and extensive stormwater treatment through bio-retention ponds and underground filtration systems. Metro Logistics transforms an environmentally compromised site into a tax-generating, job-creating asset that supports economic growth while contributing to a more sustainable future.
