R.W. Murray Co. completed Cinnabar Self Storage, a new facility developed and owned by The Peterson Companies and managed by CubeSmart. This project marks our first self-storage build in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg market.

The development includes a three-story, 119,200 SF main building with climate-controlled units, complemented by four single-story buildings on a 35-acre site. The facility offers a total of 877 storage units, including a combination of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units, as well as RV, car, truck, and boat storage with 72 dedicated parking spaces.

Security features include fencing, cameras, and keypad entry systems. The project was completed on a 15-month construction schedule and provides convenient, secure storage for the local community.
