The high end build-out of this new corporate headquarters space included a new, modern reception area with bamboo floors, a curved reception desk with a custom made clear acrylic piece fitted with the company’s logo, a mosaic tile wall, and an extravagant seating area with flat panel television and beverage center. Additional build-out included two spacious kitchens, a large board room with full glass wall, several smaller conference rooms, and numerous offices with a large open work space area featuring exposed ceiling and suspended acoustical panels for sound control.

In order to accommodate the delivery of the tenant’s furniture, the project schedule had to be accelerated to a six week completion instead of eight weeks. Coordination with the tenant’s security and low voltage contractors was paramount in meeting the project schedule.
