Originally located in a smaller building at University Mall, our team designed and built a new and much larger stand-alone branch for repeat client Cardinal Bank in the same center.  The 3,000 SF full-service banking center has glass-walled offices and meeting rooms, semi-private teller counters, an open floor plan and a 24-hour Smart ATM to enhance the in-person customer interactions and create an experience to meet all customer’s needs.  Maximizing daylight throughout the space, industrial ceilings with suspended acoustic clouds, custom millwork and “cardinal red” accents combined with state-of-the-art technology make this a modern banking experience.

On a site constrained by an adjoining restaurant, local architect Ammon Heisler Sachs designed the freestanding brand to include two full-service lanes and one ATM lane under a canopy.
