Cambria DC Holdings, LLC partnered with R.W. Murray Co. to deliver a new 25,000 SF build-to-suit distribution center and showroom in Manassas, VA. Drawing on extensive expertise in concrete tilt-up construction, R.W. Murray Co. managed all aspects of the single-story project, including earthwork, utilities, paving, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, light gauge framing, interior and exterior finishes, and MEP systems.

The facility is divided into a 20,000 SF warehouse for product storage and a 5,000 SF office and sales showroom. Interior finishes feature sealed concrete, carpet, ceramic tile, and Cambria’s signature quartz countertops.

This project marked the first collaboration between Cambria, an industry leader in engineered quartz surfaces, and R.W. Murray Co. The alignment of Cambria’s “never settling for good enough” philosophy with R.W. Murray Co.’s proven commitment to quality resulted in a facility that reflects superior craftsmanship, strong communication, and effective project management.
