R. W. Murray Co. was chosen through a competitive bid process to complete Cafe Rio’s new restaurant in Chantilly, VA.  This 3,000 SF ten-week transformation started with the demolition of three existing standard business tenant spaces and ended with a new high-end, casual dining establishment.  Interior finishes such as a faux terra cotta tile canopy, rough-hewn columns and handrails, and a stained concrete epoxy-coated floor provide an authentic south-of-the-border look.  Vibrant colors used in the countertops and tables and chairs bring the spirit of fiesta to this popular cafe.
