R.W. Murray Co. was selected by client, EDENS, through a negotiated process to complete the build-to-suit fit-out for BRINE Restaurant in Fairfax, Virginia.  Located in the trendy upscale shopping and dining complex of the Mosaic District, this 5,000 SF space is a true destination for seafood lovers.  BRINE features a raw bar, wood-fired grill and rotisserie all combined into a relaxed, open kitchen atmosphere. The design took classic seafood restaurant finishes and twisted it with modern touches such as stained and polished concrete floors exposed industrial-style ductwork, and 14-foot-tall wine caddy with rolling library ladder.  The space also features many specialized millwork items including a reclaimed hardwood service counter with attached iron pipe footrail, specialty back bar shelving, and silestone countertops used at the oyster shucking station and front and back bars.
