R. W. Murray Co. was selected by WTG Properties, Inc. to design and construct the 60,000 SF Class A office building located directly off of Interstate 66. The three-story building combines masonry and glass windows for a clean and contemporary appearance. The architecture showcases a modern, glass enclosed lobby, stainless steel elevators, and custom designed granite flooring.

This project is located on the crest of a substantial hill which required extensive site work to meet the storm water management requirements. To overcome the obstacle, the team utilized a state-of-the-art chambered rainwater filtration system, the first of its kind used in the entire country. In addition to the base building, R. W. Murray Co. also built out several of the tenant spaces including the Regus Group. DeVry University, H3 Solutions, and NOVEC.
