Autobahn Indoor Speedway occupies nearly 35,000 SF in the Manassas Mall in what was previously a Target Store.  We were able to utilize a few of the existing features including a new sprinkler system, epoxy coated floors, a completely new fully adhered thermoplastic polyolefin insulated roof and the HVAC roof top units.  The facility contains a state-of-the-art kart racing experience on a grand prix style track with electronic timing systems an electric powered karts that are capable of 50 mph speeds.  Amazingly, we were able to complete this exciting build-out alongside the work of the Manassas Mall addition and their interior and exterior upgrades.
