Space + is a 24,600 sf full floor build-out from shell condition, encompassing the renovation of the core restrooms, elevator lobby, and shared amenities spaces as well as the construction of plug and play speculative office space. The project called for the construction of five separate, furnished tenant office spaces, along with shared common amenities including a reading room, conference room, and a space simply called the “Livingroom”. The office spaces are varied in size and include a mix of private offices and open collaborative work areas. Each space is designed so that it can easily expand into adjoining tenant space, allowing the building owner to easily respond to the needs of the tenants requiring a quick move-in.

The memorable interior design showcases modern finishes, solid surface tops, LVT flooring, open floor plans, an exposed concrete deck and LED product not seen before in the D.C. market in this quantity – situated in each private office and the conference room, allowing abundant daylight to flow into the core area of the space.
