Tyler is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.
Tyler began his career at R.W. Murray Co. in 2021 as a Superintendent on projects ranging from office interior build-outs and complex interior infrastructure renovations to flex/industrial buildings. Now a Project Manager, he applies his field knowledge and experience to deliver high-end commercial projects, including office spaces and medical clinics throughout the Metro D.C. area. Known for his adaptability, strong on-site coordination, and clear communication with subcontractors, authorities, consultants, and owners, Tyler plays a key role in ensuring each project’s success.
