Roy is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, tenant finish outs, and building renovations. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Roy has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry completing a wide range of projects in the Northern Virginia area. His extensive experience in base building construction and tenant improvements and renovations has been greatly utilized in his role as Superintendent. He has been a valued member of the team since joining R.W. Murray Co. in 2015. Prior to joining our company, he was a facilities maintenance specialist and Superintendent completing numbers local retail and educational facilities.
