Ricky is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, renovations, and tenant build-outs. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Ricky started his career with R. W. Murray Co. after working as an Assistant Superintendent Intern on a variety of projects including several major renovation initiatives at Virginia Tech. In his role as Superintendent at R. W. Murray Co., Ricky has worked on a wide range of projects including construction of flex/industrial buildings and tenant fit outs. Ricky’s ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with the project team has contributed greatly to the success of each project.
