Project Manager

Nathan Tegarden

Nathan is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and work with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.

Experience:

Nathan joined R.W. Murray Co. in 2020 after earning his degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech. As a Project Manager, he has successfully delivered a variety of projects, including industrial base buildings, corporate office interiors, and numerous Design/Build initiatives. Known for his hands-on management style and keen attention to detail, Nathan ensures projects are executed efficiently and helps lead the team to consistently exceed goals.

  • Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, 2020
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification
  • First Aid/CPR Training
