Matt is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.
Matt joined R.W. Murray Co. in 2019 after earning his degree in Construction Engineering from Virginia Tech. As a Project Manager, he has successfully delivered a range of projects, from industrial base buildings to corporate office interiors and major expansions. Bringing a fresh perspective and strong technical knowledge, Matt is a valued member of the project management team, contributing to the successful execution of every project.
