Jay is responsible for estimating, preparing bid proposals, subcontractor procurement, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality assurance, punch list oversight, and supporting preliminary design efforts. He works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to maintain project momentum and ensure each project is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
Jay brings more than 20 years of construction and project management experience, with a strong background leading large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments. Since joining R.W. Murray Co. in 2025, he has been a key member of the project management team, known for his disciplined approach to planning, communication, and delivery.
Throughout his career, Jay has held senior project management and executive-level roles, directing multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through turnover. His deep field knowledge, leadership experience, and ability to coordinate complex schedules and subcontractor teams allow him to consistently deliver high-quality projects under demanding timelines.
