Isabel is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, renovations, and tenant build-outs. Her duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Isabel brings a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering and hands-on field experience to every project. Her can-do, get it done attitude, combined with engineering training and practical construction knowledge to interpret drawings, support technical problem-solving, and ensure systems perform as designed.
Prior to joining R.W. Murray Co. in 2025, she gained experience in vehicle testing and instrumentation with Volvo and led a senior capstone design project that required full-system integration, fabrication, and client coordination. Her background in analysis, documentation, and cross-team collaboration strengthens project execution and communication across all stakeholders.
