Hayley brings experience in residential construction, remodeling, and quality assurance. Prior to joining the team in 2026, she served as a Customer Care Coordinator with Lennar Homes, supporting the rollout of a Quality Assurance department across Northern Virginia while coordinating schedules between trades and homeowners and resolving project issues efficiently.
Previously, Hayley worked in project management roles within the remodeling industry, assisting with site management, vendor coordination, budgeting support, contract negotiations, and client communication. Her experience also includes event coordination, where she developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills while managing complex logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
