Eric is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.
Eric brings nearly 20 years of construction industry experience, with a proven track record delivering base buildings, tenant build-outs, and renovation projects throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Since joining R.W. Murray Co. in 2014, he has been an integral part of the project management team. Prior to that, Eric gained valuable experience as a project manager, field manager, and on-site superintendent with a local general contracting firm, giving him a well-rounded perspective on all phases of construction.
