Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Loving

Chuck provides the vision and strategic leadership necessary for the long-term growth and profitability of R.W. Murray Co., while guiding the firm’s overall operations. He also serves as Project Executive when needed, leading project teams and ensuring exceptional customer service. His responsibilities include monitoring and directing the project management team, overseeing estimating, scheduling, cost control and analysis, quality standards, field supervision, design coordination, contract negotiations, and business development.

Experience:

Chuck brings more than 30 years of construction experience and has managed over 5 million square feet of base building projects and over 5.5 million square feet of tenant improvements in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Since joining R.W. Murray Co. in 1995, he has held positions from Assistant Superintendent to President, playing a key role in recruiting and training exceptional field superintendents. Chuck’s financial acumen and leadership have been instrumental in maintaining profitability and driving the company’s continued success.
