Chuck provides executive leadership and oversight from preconstruction through construction and closeout, guiding teams to deliver strong cost control, schedule performance, and quality outcomes. As Project Executive, he oversees estimating, budgeting, contract negotiations, final pricing, and scheduling while supporting subcontractor procurement, material purchasing, and the submittal process. He works closely with the project team to support field operations and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, design consultants, and jurisdictional authorities to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Chuck brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience, with a strong background in project management and business development. Over his career, he has held roles including Superintendent, Land Design Manager, Pre-construction Manager, Vice President of Construction, and Vice President of Interiors. Before joining R.W. Murray Co. in 2018, he served as Director of Business Development for a local construction company. As Project Executive, Chuck leads the firm’s efforts in tenant interior construction, guiding the project management team through estimating, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality standards, and field operations. Known for his strategic leadership and client-focused approach, Chuck plays a key role in delivering successful projects and driving business growth.
