Brian is responsible for supervising all aspects of field operations including facilitating team communication, project staffing, safety management, quality control, adherence to project timelines, employee training and development, and overall team leadership. As Director of Field Operations, his role is pivotal in ensuring client expectations and project schedules are met.
Brian brings more than 20 years of construction experience to R.W. Murray Co., where he has been a valued team member since 2013. His diverse background spans tenant fit-outs, restaurants, retail, pre-engineered buildings, CMU structures, concrete tilt-up projects, and multi-story facilities. Known for his keen eye for detail and “can-do” attitude, Brian plays a vital role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
