Aidan is responsible for assisting with estimating, preparation of bid proposals, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, project documentation, cost tracking, quality control support, and day-to-day project coordination with the field team. He collaborates closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and design partners to help maintain project momentum and ensure smooth execution throughout all phases of construction.
Aidan joined R.W. Murray Co. in Fall 2025 after graduating with a B.S. in Building Construction. Prior to joining the team full-time, he interned with us, gaining valuable hands-on experience both on-site and in the office. During that time, he supported tenant fit-outs and ground-up developments, shadowing Superintendents and Project Managers to learn the full project lifecycle.
With combined field and office exposure, Aidan developed a practical understanding of daily jobsite operations, project sequencing, construction documents, and effective coordination practices. He brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to every project, and is focused on continuing to build his management capabilities as he grows within the Project Management team.
