Superintendent
Felix is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, renovations and tenant build-outs. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Experience
Felix started his career with R. W. Murray Co. after interning while pursuing his degree in Building Construction at Virginia Tech. He has been an Assistant Superintendent on a wide range of projects including construction of flex/industrial buildings and complex interior build-outs including warehouses, Class A office space and condominium buildings. Felix adapts quickly to any project and brings a fresh perspective to new situations. His ability to effectively communicate with the project team has contributed greatly to the success of each project.
