The entire executive management team, all project managers, and jobsite superintendents all attend weekly safety meetings, monthly jobsite safety meetings, and review site inspections. The entire executive management team, together with all the project manager and superintendents, also attend weekly toolbox safety talks.
As an incident-free company, safety excellence is recognized throughout the company - not only in regard to our employees, and with all of our subcontractors as well. RWM will only work with subcontractors who demonstrate the same respect for safety on the jobsite as R.W. Murray Co. Subcontractors are also kept up-to-date on any RWM safety procedures or policy changes.
