R.W. Murray Co. Awarded Prince William County Projects
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA - R.W. Murray Co. has been awarded a variety of design/build and construction management projects throughout Prince William County.
Dumfries Commerce Center is an office/warehouse condominium facility located at 17855 Fraley Blvd. in Dumfries. Architecture, Inc. is providing architectural services for the project. The $3.7 million, 41,400 SF single-story with mezzanine facility will include above-ground parking, and is scheduled to be open in October of this year. Bishopp Realty is providing leasing services for the building. [Architectural renderings are available for this project.]
Signal Hill Professional Center is a 42,000 SF four-story will be located at the corner of Liberia and Richmond Avenues. This office condo facility, located in the City of Manassas, VA, will include an underground parking garage. The M Group (www.mgrouparchitects.com) is providing the architectural design for the project, which includes state-of-the-art exterior wall systems, which is pre-cast concrete that looks like brick. In keeping with the Old Town Manassas style and local building design, several architectural features are being incorporated to ensure a fit within the community. For Automotive Resources, Inc., a manufacturer of the ARI-HETRA line of heavy-duty transportation maintenance equipment, R. W. Murray Co. is providing design services for a new 56,000 SF facility on Randolph Ridge in Gainesville. Currently located in Manassas, VA, the new facility will give them the added warehouse, manufacturing, and office space that this growing organization requires. Tampa-based Garcia Seufert Architects is providing architectural services for the project.
The Special Projects Group of R. W. Murray Co. has been selected to complete another renovation project for Cardinal Bank. The project is 3,500 SF and will be the bank's third branch in the county.
