Special Projects Superintendent
TJ is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, renovations and tenant build-outs. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
TJ has more than seven years of experience in the construction industry, completing a wide range of commercial projects in the Washington, D.C. area, including office, industrial and retail renovations and build-outs. TJ’s diverse background in construction includes, estimating, sales, project management and materials coordination. His commitment to exceptional customer service and positive attitude make him a valuable asset to the company.
