Danny is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.


Experience

Daniel has more than eleven years of experience in the construction industry. For nine years, he served as President of his privately owned construction company, managing numerous residential and low-density commercial  projects. Prior to joining R.W. Murray Co., he worked as a Senior Project Manager for a local general contracting firm. He has successfully managed a variety of projects in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, specializing in SCIF and lab interior demo and build-outs.
