The successful candidate for this position will be detail oriented and responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling, job coordination, cost controls, invoicing, quality control, punch list, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operations and coordination. Preferred 3-5 years of experience in the construction field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Construction background is a PLUS.
Full time position -- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
