Ryan Park Complex Completed

Two 61,000 SF Office, Medical and Retail Centers in Ashburn – Loudoun County, Va. Finished

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. – R.W. Murray Co. has completed the construction on both of these two-story masonry buildings. The developer was The Long Companies, a privately-held Middleburg-based company (http://www.longcompanies.com/commercial.html).

The two 61,000 SF, two-story buildings are located on Yukon Drive (visible from the Dulles Greenway) and is part of the Ryan Park development. Madison Retail is managing the leasing of the project. Fairfax-based DVA (http://www.dva-arch.com/) provided architectural services. John Holincheck, LEED® AP of R.W. Murray Co. was the project manager.

Kaiser Permanente, the health care solutions provider, has leased 66% of the first floor space (approximately 20,000 SF).
