R.W. Murray Co., a privately-held general contracting firm located in Manassas, Virginia, is pleased to announce their 2013 Employee Customer Service Award winners: 


We are pleased to announce our 2013 Employee Customer Service Award winners: 

Project Managers with the Highest Client Satisfaction Scores are: David Pierce and Rigg Wagner

Superintendents with the Highest Client Satisfaction Scores are: Kevin Corwin, John Gavis, Tim Moulthrop and Dennis Settle. 

Support Staff of the Year personnel is: Christine McGuirk 

At the completion of every project, clients receive a survey in order to evaluate the R.W. Murray Co. team members, the timely completion and overall satisfaction. The client evaluation scores for the Project Managers and Superintendents are averaged and the employees with the highest scores from each department are presented the award. In addition, the Support Staff of the Year award is presented to the support staff employee or employees who provide overall support above and beyond their daily job responsibilities and are selected by the votes of fellow R.W. Murray Co. employees.
