R.W. Murray Co. Selected to Build Firestone Park Center

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. - R. W. Murray Co. announced today they will soon begin construction on a new flexible use facility in Prince William County, Virginia. The first of four buildings in Firestone Park Center, a 49,865 SF structure, will begin this month and will be completed by February 2008. The 12.4 acre site is conveniently located off of Wellington Road, near I-66, in an active business and industrial corridor. The second building of a proposed four building complex, will be approximately 35,000 SF and is anticipated to break ground during the fourth quarter of 2007.

3DF Associates,LLC is the developer of the build-to-suit project. Paul Bell, Managing Partner of 3DF Associates said "To have a high caliber general contractor on our team is paramount to the successful completion of this project. We are confident and delighted to have R.W. Murray Co. on Firestone Park."

Interior Building Systems Corporation, a Manassas Park, VA.-based architectural woodwork company has signed the first tenant lease and will take 42,000 SF. IBS Corp. will move it's manufacturing operations and corporate headquarters into Prince William County. Weber-Ghadban & Associates Realty of Manassas, is managing the leasing and sales transactions for Firestone Park Center.
